What times do the gates open?
Gates open at *4:00pm and show is scheduled to start at 5:00pm *subject to change
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is all ages but you must be 21+ to purchase and consume alcohol. Children 5 and under are 1 free per paid adult.

Weather?
The average high/low for Bakersfield in May is 84° / 56° and we are excited to host rain or shine! The 805 Grandstands are fully covered and can shelter any rain.
Will there be food and drinks available for purchase?
Yes! Your local Kern County favorites will be in attendance including; TBA! Drinks and Alcohol will be available for purchase. Merchandise available for purchase from Concert for the Causes, Wounded Heroes Fund, MARE, and the artists performing.
How do I purchase drinks?
Since this is an all ages event, all attendees purchasing alcohol must have a valid I.D. in order to purchase alcohol. Drinks will be sold under the grandstands and inside the arena for your convenience and to speed up the lines.
Are there ATMs?
Yes will have 2 ATM located under the grandstands.
Are there Parking fees and what time do the parking gates open?
Parking Lot opens at 3pm. YES, there is a $5 parking is fee for the Fairground Lot. We also encourage Uber & Lyft transportation and there will be a designated Uber and Lyft area for pickup and drop off. Carpool is encouraged and always have a designated sober driver.
What can I bring into the event?
Small bags or purses, but are subject to a full search and metal detectors. GA entry tickets may use the GA grandstand benches. There will be an area for ADA and a viewing platform with chairs, please be considerate of others. *Concert for the Causes, and it's partners are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items.
What can I NOT bring into the event?
No outside food or beverages and No ins and outs. No weapons of any kind. No illicit drugs. No Umbrellas NO PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS OR RECORDINGS.
Are there smoking areas?
NO, the fairgrounds has a no-smoking policy. Thank you

Can I *upgrade my ticket?
Yes tickets can be upgraded through info@concertforthecauses.com. *Subject to availability
What's the refund policy?
Refund and Exchanges: There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. If our event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue, event date and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.

By purchasing a ticket to Concert for the Causes you acknowledge there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are gathered. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. People over the age of 65 and those with underlying medical conditions are considered high-risk. By attending Concert for the Causes you voluntarily assume all risk associated with COVID-19. Please follow social distancing, wash/sanitize your hands and wear a mask to help protect yourself and others. Please stay home if you are experiencing fever, cough or other symptoms associated with COVID-19, as detailed by the Centers for Disease Control.
